Everything Will Be Ok

Everything will be ok. How do we know?
There is only one reason why we know it will be ok. God is interested in us. We know during tough circumstances of life that may sound insufficient. “I’m hurting, my family is hurting, and God is interested?” Yes.
The Bible says, “God is love.” This means EVERTHING about Him is loving. We can conclude this is true because He has demonstrated His love for us in many ways, especially through Jesus. Since God is love, we must filter our life experiences through that truth. We get lost in the hurt when we don’t start with the most fundamental truth, “God is love.”
God is with you. He is grieving with you. He wants to give you wisdom on how to get through it.
The book of James in the Bible says, “Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. But when you ask, you must believe and not doubt…” (James 1:2-6).
Through the tough times, God is creating something beautiful in you and your family. And to get through it, ask God for wisdom.
“Father, please give me wisdom to raise the children.”
“Father, please give me wisdom for my finances.”
“Father, please give me wisdom with difficult relationships.”
“Father, please give me wisdom how to heal from the sickness.”
"Father, please give me wisdom to deal with the hurt."
Because God loves you and is with you, He will give you wisdom. Ask the Father for wisdom for anything and He will give it to you. How? He will lead you to the right church, the right sermon, the right job, the right encouragement, maybe a YouTube video, the right book, the right website, the right people. The key is, when it comes across your path, will you read it, watch it, listen to it? If you pray for wisdom and soon after someone invites you to church, the answer to your prayer just might be in the going. If someone recommends or hands you a book, you may find your answer there. There often is a little work involved in you gaining wisdom.
As God gives you wisdom, you will find things working out in unexpected ways. He is interested in helping you out. Trust Him.
God wants to love and lead you through life. God is with you. And we are here for you.
